Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation, rescheduling & No-Show Policy
  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment (whether booked online or in-clinic).

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will incur the loss of your deposit.

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any appointment (whether booked online or in-clinic).

  • Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be taken for the new change of appointment.

2. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We may, at our discretion, refund if we are unable to provide a purchased treatment (for example, due to suitability issues).

  • Pre-paid treatment packages (multiple treatments purchased in advance) are non-refundable in full, except as required by law.

 
3. Transfer Policy
  • All appointments and prepaid treatments are non-transferable between individuals.

  • Prepaid credits for one treatment area cannot be reallocated to another area.

Important Notes
  • All treatments carry inherent risks; it is your responsibility to disclose relevant medical history and to have realistic expectations.

  • Please complete all consent forms fully and honestly to help us deliver the best possible care.
