Meet Our Founder

Theresa Lay, the founder of Brows & Co, is a highly qualified Cosmetic Nurse, Dermal Clinician, and Beauty Therapist with over 25 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics), a Master of Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Laser and IPL, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, and is a Master Trainer in Cosmetic Treatments. Additionally, she is an accredited beauty trainer with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Theresa has dedicated her career to perfecting advanced skin and cosmetic procedures, training extensively both in Australia and overseas. Formerly the owner of the "Beauty Café" in Miranda, she is recognised as a leader in skin health and aesthetic treatments.
